The Level Up Workshops
Facilitated by Di Foster

One full-day foundation workshop. Three half-day workshops across the year. Built around real work, real accountability, and practical learning members can apply immediately.
The Workshop Structure
Explore the four workshops below, including what each one covers, the key learning focus, and how it connects to the wider WAM experience.
Workshop 1: Shift Out of Your Own F**king Way
Full day — 8 May 2026
The full-day foundation workshop. All of the learning lives here.
What we cover:
The Shift concept — getting out of the way of your own growth
The Success Process — the business framework members will operate from
Setting 100-day projects aligned to their goals for the year
Pre-work: Members complete the Time Horizon exercise (10,000 days) before arriving, so they walk in knowing what they actually want.
Members leave with: their accountability group locked in, the framework understood, and their first 100-day project committed to.
Workshop 2: Story
Half day — 7 August 2026
Reflect. Reset. Go again.
How did the first 100-day project go? Groups review their commitments together, then reset for the next cycle.
Key learning: Story — the narrative you’re telling about yourself and your business, and whether it’s helping or holding you back.
Workshop 3: Radical Responsibility
Half day — 2 December 2026
Reflect. Reset. Go again.
Another 100-day cycle reviewed. Groups hold each other accountable — what happened, what didn't, and why.
Key learning: Radical Responsibility — stop outsourcing your results. Own the outcome, own the solution.
Workshop 4: Are You a Banana?
Half day — 5 March 2027
Reflect. Reset. Go again.
Final 100-day review of the year. Groups reflect on the full arc — where they started and where they are now.
Key learning: Know who you are. Lean into it. Build the fruit salad around it, not in spite of it.
A tomato is technically a fruit. Wisdom is knowing it doesn’t belong in fruit salad.
Meet Di Foster
Business Coach | Keynote Speaker | Between Two Beers Podcast
Di Foster works with accidental business owners — technically brilliant operators who have built successful service businesses on competence and grit, and are now hitting a ceiling they cannot quite name.
Her work sits at the intersection of business strategy and human reality, because strategy only works when the person leading the business gets out of their own way. Di helps founders identify the real constraint, understand it, and move through it.
You may know her as the business coach to Steve and Seamus from Between Two Beers, and the co-host of their show Accidental Business Owners.
With a background in accounting, production planning, business improvement, and coaching, Di is known for cutting through noise, finding the real issue, and helping people make practical progress. Her work is grounded in lived experience, sharp thinking, and an ability to challenge people in a way that is both honest and deeply useful.
She has built her own businesses and faced the same kinds of ceilings her clients come up against. She has also lived through extraordinary personal challenges, including two cancer diagnoses and a radical remission that reshaped how she sees time, growth, and what really matters.
A 4th Dan in Seido Karate, pragmatic by nature and direct in style, Di brings a rare combination of strategic clarity, human insight, and grounded challenge.
“Di doesn’t validate what you’re feeling — she challenges you to look at the role you’re playing in it. After one hour with her, I had concrete steps on a new path. The difference has been night and day.”
Elizabeth
“Her insight and ability to see what’s truly happening is an incredibly rare quality. I’m legitimately grateful to know she exists and get the pleasure to work with her.”
